sweet im definitly gonna read it and tell you what i think. it might not all be pretty but i gaurntee it will make you a better writer. i love scifi and fantasy stuff and always trying to find new books to read. YEAH

I went through a lot of stuff on this...first the damn agent i had i had to toss (out the window) because he wanted me to sell the royalties, then i hired this one...here are the steps

read one hr
write 1 hr
write a book
do a query letter to thousands of publications
write a book proposal to a agent
hire an agent
publicator hires you <<< eeeek'
sell book
sign all rights as own if you dont your stupid

Thats great news, I had good news also today.. My Dad who passed away 3 yrs ago was in the process of getting his book thru the process. I have plenty of time on my hands, and asked my mom if she heard anything about the book. In those 3 years, the book publisher went thru some personel changes, and we had to start over with the process..until today, when we received word that Heritage books WILL take on my fathers works. I have plenty of calling to do getting rights to use certain print, but atleast its a start ! The book will be based on the French & Indian War, and the rough draft of the book is on about 6 inches of 8 1/2 X 11 paper. Its only the begining, but I'm proud to be able to continue a dream my dad had before he passed.
