I am sure he is still going over things like player evaluations with Spielmen and the scouts.
He is probably also going over tape on the guys that the scouting staff have identified as fits for the scheme as well as attending things like the Senior Bowl, the combine etc etc etc.
As part of the Triad I would also assume he sits in on some of the Executive staff meetings that discuss spending plans, public relation plans etc etc.
He also has his coaching staff stuff going on in the background......
Scheme changes/modifications.
Player moves (i.e. Griff to Safety)
Game tape reviews/study sessions with players.
Individual workouts with players.
etc etc etc.
He is a busy man to say the least and that is why it is just ludicrous that people could even think that he is running everything and making all the decisions on his own.

Alot of it is speculation on my part but from what I have read in books like "No Room For Crybabies" (Denny) or "The Life of an NFL Coach (Knox) I am probably pretty close on most of it based on how the Triad is configured.
