    He endangered the lives of his students and for this he should not only lose his job, but he should also lose his teaching certificate.

    Well I'm pretty sure with all the injuries he sustained he won't be teaching for quite sometime and probably will face an investigation while he is on the mend. Which will find him guilty and he probably will get fired!

    What suprises me is it says he found it while hunting, so that should mean he has knowledge about firearms and ammo.

    I can't believe it never crossed his mind that the shell could still be live.

    Not to smart, I feel bad for him loosing a hand, but still no excuse for putting students in danger. They should let him go.
