Bush has to be one of the most humorous presidents in this nations history.
Honestly it does scare me that somebody as cognitively delayed as him is our President but this guy sure does know how to make me chuckle.

Bush is a bad president, but the fact that he has no cognative processing isn't the part that scares me. Cheney and Karl Rove are the ones behind everything, using the dumb guy who makes you chuckle as their puppet.
