The pervert is free, and the victim is in jail. This doesn't make sense.

Well, they really have no proof that anything happened. She denied it and now will not testify against him. So he is not a pervert untill that happens. If he did it I all all for he getting tossed in the clink. But things like this are like a witch hunt. Someone is accused of the crime and they are guilty no matter what =/
I think it is sad. She doesn't want to testify so they lock her up untill she will. Even if he didn't do it she will testify against him after some time in jail. It is almost like non violant torture to get what you want. Mabye it didn't happen.....
Hmmmmm don't really get that one but I was put in jail once to protect me. I was being held overnight for I won't say what but they had me in a waiting area where the hardcore prisoners were being processed anmd sent to the county jail, and I was totally being harassed by the prisoners so they stuck me in a jail cell....it was awful but I did feel safer
Never heard of anything like that before.. I guess if it makes her safer, then why not do it.. I just wonder how she is treated? Does she get to get out of her cell and walk around? Does she get an extra snack if she is hungry? Does she get whatever she wants to eat and drink? Interesting scenario, I wonder what will come of it..

Sadly, the young girl appreciated the "input" she got too...so much so that she won't rat out the perv! :sad:Quote:
