    The video only shows the scene from that room so it is hard to know what happened before.
    But basically the police were telling her to go into the next room and she was refusing.
    I don't know what led up to this other than the fact that she was being arrested for drunk driving, so I won't pass judgment as to whether or not it was excessive force.
    The officer that tapered her later resigned to avoid termination though.

    It looked like excessive force to me.
    I guess that was why he resigned.
    I could see a lawsuit coming out of that.
