T-Wolves have 4 FIRST ROUND PICKS next year!!!

Ok, I don't want to get over excited, especially with our drafting performance since Kevin McHale took over, but honestly we have to be able to pick up some talent in this draft.
We have 4 freakin first round picks, we got to be able to pick up someone who can play some ball, but Im sure McHale will find some way to f it up

we have done pretty good in years past.

What the hell are you talking about?
Maybe we got some value in 2nd round but our 1st round picks have been wasted.
Maybe before McHale they were decent but during his era we've picked

    Corey Brewer=trash

Ended up trading away Roy= Stupid

Traded away OJ= McHale smoking that reef

And then all of our decent picks play the same position with exception to Love who im not even sold on yet.

The last great pick we had was in '96 when we took Ray Allen.

Allen was traded right away after he was picked.

I know but I didnt want to have someone end up saying we picked him...since we really did.
But truly our last great pick was KG.
Im not stupid...i know a hell lot about the NBA so dont just take me for some fool who thinks Ray Allen was wearing a T-wolves jersey for 5 years.

Well, Mayo was a good pick too then by that measure.

    OK YOU GUYS GOT ME.
Whatever you know what I mean.
From now on I will classify a pick by actually keeping the player after drafting him.

Back to what the thread is really about though...who would you guys like to see us use these picks on...realistically.
I know it is hard to pick with the whole system of the draft but try to keep it within reason.

I agree not to get too excited, other than that it's pretty early to talk NBA draft when it's based on how bad we get screwed in the lottery, who decides to come out and if we go on a mini-winning streak
that pulls some ping pong balls out for us.

I didn't realize we have four 1st rounders though, hopefully we don't draft three more guards and Luc Longley Jr.
Are some of those picks conditional based on the original teams record?

I believe so...if you look on the link and click on T-wolves picks with a asterisk next to them it gives you more details.

One is a protected top3- if boston's earns a top 3 pick they keep it and we get theirs for the following year under other conditions.

One is a protected top 10 as well.

Looking at that link, the player I would want the most is the PG Jennings.
That video shows that he is a nasty player.
I don't pay as much attention to NBA talent because so many players are drafted after 0-2 years of college.
The center they have us picking looks pretty solid too, but I don't see the need for a center being higher than that of a real point guard.
What McHale needs to do is package some of those picks and some of the young players we have and get a legitimate star to play with Jefferson.
Rock out with your cock out!!!
