I worked with an engineer for a while that was good at swearing and it did boost morale...He was cranky when he wasn't letting profanites fly and it made it difficult to work with him, so the bosses would just ignore him and just told him to cool it
when clients came in

A colleague of mine started dumping work on me today.
I started swearing up a storm in his office and it made me feel much better.
He told me to settle down, which I did, but not because he told me to, but more so because I was able to vent my frustrations through profanity.
Sweet sweet profanity.

I like to throw a cuss word into a conversation everyonce in awhile if nothing more than to remind people that I am a poor uneducated white boy that spent to much time in the service.
