Thread: steps to find a human

Hey Guys,

This isn't about the Vikings or even football, but I saw a story on the local news and it was so interesting I had to mention it somewhere.

This guy (Paul English) has a website with steps to find a human when calling many big companies' phone numbers. You will find a link to this list here:

Now we have "cheat codes" to get customer service.

ummmm.... I don't get it. lol

I've used the 0 trick often and it usually works. Or don't press anything like you have an old dial phone and it will usually get you a person.

good stuff. how many of these things actually work? im totally trying some tommorow

i hate the new style that you have the option to say the number or dial the number . some one or something always always makes a noise and screws up the whole call.

Great info. if it works. Those voice machines and wasting time pushing buttons gets old in a hurry.
