I usually take a bottle of Kikoman Soy Sauce,

add to that some viniger....about a 5 to 1 ratio....viniger being the smaller ratio..

Chop up some Fresh Garlic cloves, onions, ginger and black pepper..

cover the steaks with this and put in the frig...

Only marinade for about 2 hours, or the viniger will actually start to harden the beef..

Slap those babies on the grill and ready to go...

Cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic salt mixed with the blood. fork the steak to let seasonings soak in.

Dude, listen to me very carefully. This is what you need to do exactly.

    1. Get a bottle of A1
    2. Get an Onion and chop it real well
    3. Get some black pepper

Marinate your steaks in that combination of things for 24 hours and you WILL be calling me in the morning to thank me. One with out the other doesn't work. Use all three.

IMO, why in Gods name would anyone ruin a good steak with marinade?

It hides the flavor of the steak!

I just grill mine medium rare & add a pat of butter to it when it's done.

T-bone for me tonight! It's 70 degress & sunny out in Winona, MN.
