State passes droopy pants law

It won't become law unless the House of Representatives passes a companion measure..............

Really?!?!?!?
This is as useful as those anti-pot commercials on T.V. that have about a 1% chance of effecting the lives of any kid watching them.
"We're trying to make an example in school," he added, saying it would help students get jobs and a degree.
How about making after school programs or finding ways to mentor kids?
This should be up to an individual school district depending on their area and need to deal with a problem, not the government saying pull up dem pants kids...........OR ELSE!!!!

They should make them the official school supported pants. That would be the fastest way to make them uncool and get people to stop buying and wearing them
