So you've never gone to a restaurant?Never understood why people would want to eat something they couldn't see being prepared and who was preparing it.

8 beers during the game??? I'd go broke!!Never understood why people would want to eat something they couldn't see being prepared and who was preparing it.
Eat your fill at the tailgate, or at home before you get there. Consume as many barley pops as you can at the tailgate. Limit yourself to only 8 more beers during the game.
You should be safe if you follow that simple little rule.

I worked at a Culvers for a few years, sure the floors would get covered during a busy a busy day, but once it touched that stuff just got swept up later. We always scored very very well on our reviews(though I don't think we ever got 100%, inspectors can always find something). Still my favorite place to eat.i_bleed_purple wrote:
I used to work in a restaurant. Most people would never eat out again if they saw how a restaurant's kitchen looks during working hours, especially during the rush hour.I'm willing to bet its not limited to stadiums. Go to Denny's wonder how many health violatiosn there are?
Or even some decent restaraunts. The risk you take for eating out.
Hell, i'm sure you home cooking would violate some health regulations.
Do you cook rare beef to 125 instead of the "approved" 140 (actually closer to medium) If so, thats a health code violation.
As long as I don't find anything in the nachos at the dome it doesn't bother me.

Re:Staduim Food...Shocking!!!
Messy floors are more of a safety concern than a health concern. Unless of course you plan on eating off the floor. The issue would be people slipping/tripping and falling, possibly onto/into cooking appliances.

I once worked in a restaurant where i saw the head chef drop a stake on the floor he was grilling, just pick it up and stick it back on the grill!.. also something i learnt from my time in the kitchen was never to order the special on a menu as that is generally the stuff they cant sell and has been sitting there for a while!

If they're mixing up Caesar salad for a big group of people, how do you think they mix the dressing in?
*hint... They' don't use a spoon

Of course they don't have beer, which is a drawback.
