New chili peppers CD that came out a while ago. Anyone else get this? I think it's easily their best...

I haven't bought it yet but I've listened to the whole thing and it's not bad.

It's ok. Just like their last few albums. There are some good songs but most seem to be lacking the funk that defined the Chili Peppers.

Uplift Mofo Party Plan and about half of Blood Sugar Sex Magik contain their best work.

If you are a fan of their recent work you'll really enjoy this album. :headbang:

I agree with SoCal Vike in that Blood Sugar and Mofo Party Plan are RHCP's best work, I think Stadium Arcadium is the best thing they've done since Blood Sugar and Most of the 28 songs are pretty darn good. I really like Tell Me Baby, Hard To Concentrate, Dani California, Stadium Arcadium, Hey Oh, Hump De Bump, Charlie, and She's Only 18 those are all fun songs the more I listen to the album the more I like it, I highly suggest it.

I agree that this album is okay, at best. They just seem to have lost something over the years. As for their best album ever, don't forget to put Mother's Milk in the discussion.

I really like Dani california but i havent bought the album yet. Not a huge peppers fan but like some of their stuff. Anyone think the Album is worth me getting or just get the Single?
