I am not sure if someone did pitch a shutout in their 1974 debut.

Name the only two days of the year that definitely won't have an NFL, NBA, MLB, or NHL game played on them.
I am not looking for a specific date - ie November 15th.
There may be an odd day in a year but these are automatics......
