The pitcher throws three balls then licks his finger while on the mound.
That is counted as an automatic ball and the batter is awarded 1st base for a walk...

Don't understand what is being described.
I think you are referring to total bases.......I am looking for the number of basehits.....

That counts as fielder's choice and not a base hit.
