The reason the cop didn't mess with the camera man, was because he KNEW he was on camera.
He was busted.
The cop was totally in the wrong.
And so was the camera man for doing the same.
BTW, he said floop over 50 times.
There are times when an Officer is required to go high speed without lights and siren, but those times are rare.
Had this been one of those times, the officer would have simply fielded the complaint, given a contact number, and been on his way....
...this Deputy didn't do that.
He tried to "badge" his way out by threatening to arrest the subject....a completely empty threat as it turns out.
That doesn't excuse the camera guy from liability, he was totally in the wrong too, but had he thought this through and cleaned up his language - and not tried to sound like a bad ass - he could have turned the video in to local media and had the Deputy by the nards.

He'll never believe I didn't side with the Deputy.
