    Snowboarders un-stoked

Warm winter weather leaving snowboarders totally un-stoked
    sportspickle.com

Sustained unseasonably warm winter temperatures throughout the country has forced many ski slopes to close and has left many snowboarders decidedly un-stoked.

“Global warming is totally uncool,” said Sean Stewart, 15, of Binghamton, New York. “I want to catch big air in the winter, but the only air I can catch is warm and polluted. It is the totally opposite of rad. Which, I suppose, would be bad. But bad to the extreme.”

Kyle Treehorn, whose local ski and snowboard area in central Pennsylvania hasn’t opened all season, says he and his friends are doing what they can to make it through the winter.

“The other night me and my friends were smoking weed outside the lodge,” said Treehorn. “After a while we had a huge cloud of smoke and then we decided to throw ice cubes at it to see if it would become a snow cloud. It didn’t work, though. But, man, it was hilarious.”
