What kind of attorney says that. He was ruled innocent and that should have nothing to do with this case.

Besides, he was convicted of this crime, and is sentenced accordingly.

Unlucky 13...13 years to the day he was acquitted of the murder charges.He was convicted of an armed robbery that happened on Sept. 13 and was found guilty on the 13th anniversary of his Los Angeles murder acquittal.
