What kind of attorney says that. He was ruled innocent and that should have nothing to do with this case.

Just because he was ruled innocent doesn't mean he was innocent, it just means there wasn't enough proof he was guilty.

Besides, he was convicted of this crime, and is sentenced accordingly.

He was convicted of an armed robbery that happened on Sept. 13 and was found guilty on the 13th anniversary of his Los Angeles murder acquittal. The Las Vegas jury deliberated for 13 hours after a 13-day trial.

Talk about irony! Unlucky 13...13 years to the day he was acquitted of the murder charges.

The only bad part is how will he find the real killers if he's in jail?
