Re: Shock's Trivia Question: NCAA Edition

I'm going to guess Colin Kaepernick. And he played at Nevada. But I'm not so sure that's the right answer.

I'm going to go with the too-painfully-obvious-that-it-has-to-be-wrong answer here and say Joe Webb.

Hmmmmmmm, Vick would be to easy. Got to be someone from some obscure AAA colledge and a backup to boot.

Is Pat White still in the league? He's my guess.
You're in the minority I would guess... :P
LOL, who's knowledge are really testing if you have to use Google?

On a side note, I'm wrong right? Let me know, I haven't googled to see if I was right so I can make another guess.
You are NOT correct, that is correct!
I think I was trying to go to obscure....

    Second guess. Tebow.
Really, dude, stay out of the college sports questions. Tebow is wrong.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

Why stay out of them, and how do you know he's wrong?

Tebow didn't start as a Freshman. He sat behind Chris Leak. Thus, he could not have led his team in passing.

Unless of course, when he did come in, he passed more than Leak did. One thing I do remember about Tebow, even though he didn't start, they rotated him in and out with Leak.

    Correct?

Not so much, no. Tebow, as I recall, mostly came in on goal-line situations. Quick Wiki check shows that Tebow was 2nd on the team in both rushing and passing yards.

Name the current NFL player who holds the NCAA record for leading his team in passing AND rushing all four years in college.

    Have at it!!!

Bonus: What team did he play for in college?
Shock - how are you judging "leading his team in passing"? Yards? Or passer rating?
