    Shock's Big Adventure, Updated

    Hello all! It's been a while since I updated everyone on my workout progress, so I thought I'd let everyone know how I'm doing.

    I figure first I'd give some stats:

    Date % body fat Chest Waist Hips Thighs Biceps
    July 15th 45.23% 56-1/2 61 54 27-1/2 13
    Dec. 3rd 38.40% 55 56 50 22 15-1/2

    Way to go my friend.

    I lost 25 pounds, put 9 back on, lost a few more, put them back on. So hard to stay with a regimen.
