I'm very glad for your sake that this is really helping with your being diabetic! This is so great for you!

You DO look slimmer in the "after" pics!
    Keep up the good work!
I am dieting along with you...I've lost 12 lbs already and will keep working hard along with you.
Hopefully, next time we see each other, we will both be shadows of our former selves!

    Keep up the good work.
    I know it's tough.
Three years ago I took of 70 pounds.
Unfortunatly I have put it back on.
I am very much off track right now but trying to get back on.
    Hope to do it soon.

    Go for it, POV!!!
Let's all follow Shock's example and lose some weight...if not for ourselves, then for those who care about us...and so that we can witness MANY more Viking wins...including a few Super Bowls, I hope!

    They are doing great.
Starting to walk quite a bit.
I think we are in for some trouble.
The wife left the room yesterday and came back to find Ryan sitting on the couch.
He was on the floor when she left.
They like to fight over all their toys.
Matt is bigger so he can just push Ryan out
    of the way.
But Ryan is faster so he can just zip away with the toy.

So Matt will be the fullback and Ryan will be the tailback when they hit high school, eh?
