Shock's Big Adventure, Picture Update #1
Hey all, things are going well. I feel like I'm making a real difference, although you PROBABLY won't see a big difference in these pictures. Most of the weight I've lost so far (close to 20 lbs.) is water weight. The next two or three weeks is when my body will start to burn fat. What I HAVE noticed is an increase in my stamina, and a BIG decrease in my blood sugars (being a diabetic, this is a GOOD thing!). Also, my clothes are getting bigger on me (especially my shirts and jeans), and I notice that my body is more sensitive to the insulin I take (hence my body needs less of it, so I take lesser amounts, which is also good). All in all, I have made a good start on a new healthy life, and you all have been my support and inspiration! So, you all deserve a big THANKS!
;D
OK, so here are some comparison pictures. The first of each set was taken back on July 17th, and the second from today, August 12th, so not QUITE 1 month later.

I can especially see some difference in the head, face, and neck area. Keep it up!

Hey Shock, have ya noticed in the picture that your smaller belly makes your "boobs" look bigger?
