Re: Shock, out of work AGAIN...

Shock you can give Johnson controls and PAAPE a look. My bro worked for Johnson then switched to PAAPE. Both are located in Roch. but I believe Johnson controls may have a cities office? Hope this helps in some way. Good luck..

    Shock,

You should be asking yourself "What do I enjoy doing?"

For any of us to suggest alternative jobs for you, to me is a moot point.

What's important is what type of work is it that you enjoy doing.

What type of work would make it enjoyable for you to go to work everyday?

That's what's most important to me about work.

I'd rather make less at a job I enjoy, than make more at one that I dred.

If you enjoy web design, than that's what I'd stick with & start looking.

Are there enough opportunities for you to do web design out of your home as a private business?

    Can you contract yourself out?

Several companies are going to a "paperless system" & putting their "paperwork" on computers as web based programs. Are there any opportunities there?

Let us know what you enjoy doing & a little bit about your technical background & we can be more helpful in worthwhile suggestions.

Put a resume out there on the net & see what turns up.

In the mean time, hang in there. Something will turn up.

Man Shock, Im really sorry to hear about your troubles.

I took the Webpage class at school first semester and basically learned the basics of dreamweaver. (frustrating time consuming work) I cant imagine doing that for a living, especially getting disrespected for it like they did to you. I hope all the best for you in your future pursuit of a career.

Maybe one day my dad will drive me up to a game and I can say hey to you and singer and the guys in person. The only game Ive ever seen was the monday night game against the Colts last year.

Anyways, if you ever wanna chat about web design, just send a PM my way, I could definatly use some pointers.

    All the best,
    Dave

Just boot him. He used to be a cool kid. Now he is a punk. The kind of kid I see at the mall that has zero respect for authority and will never really amount to anything because: A. He will never listen B. Has zero drive.

So long "the world is against me" Sam.

Vikez, change your password to your account and log off when you are not on. I know you value your membership here and do not want to see it in the crapper like sam has done.
    Wow, just found this thread.

Sam, it's really pathetic to say things like that. Even if you are just joking its just plaing stupid. I feel really bad for D right now mostly because Sam is screwing him over with his retarted actions.

Sam.. Get your act together. You're heading in the complete wrong direction in life. follow in you're brother's footsteps!
