    Just a wee bit higher. Those apartments are next to a lake that flooded. My work is next to a smaller lake & I have no idea if it is flooded or not.

    If my work is flooded, the Winona airport is flooded.

    About 5 years ago, our parking lot was completely flooded & we were canoeing in it.

    That last pic shows Highway 61, the main Highway through Winona that runs all the way up to the Twin Cities and all the way south in MN. It is closed both to the north & south of Winona.
