A parent who attended the game told The Associated Press that Covenant continued to make 3-pointers -- even in the fourth quarter.

So they scored 88 in the first three quarters, and 12 in the 4th.... it sounds like they let up at the end to me.

It's still a ridiculous score, but from the sounds of it they could have scored 120+.

How do you not score a single point in a basketball game?
My high school's girls team got blown out like 77 to single digits one time. It was pretty hysterical.

Re: School seeks to forfeit 100-0 win

Queal said school officials met with Dallas Academy officials to apologize and praised "each member of the Dallas Academy Varsity Girls Basketball team for their strength, composure and fortitude in a game in which they clearly emerged the winner."
    Uhh..
    No.

    No.
They did NOT clearly emerge the winners.
    They clearly emerged as FAIL.

I can see how the officials for the schools be a bit upset at the coach of the Covenant for ramping up the score.
I can definitely understand parents strife.

But to say that the winless and scoreless team in this game 'clearly emerged the winner' is redonkulous.
Vegans are eating the rainforests. =(

Both of those teams need to seriously look at themselves in a mirror.

    Bingo.

Lots of blame to go around for both schools.

Anyone have any insight into how schools are place with respect to thier competition?
Obviously a school just starting out with a program and with the limited student body to draw from shouldn't be placed in the same competition level as a school that can put up 100 against them.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg
