There's a special order of a case of Schlitz Blue Bull at the liquor store I work at.

Talk about nostalgic beers. I remember as a kid, my Dad always drank Hamm's. Do they still make that?

Nice. Miller will always be #1 in my book but I support all Milwaukee beer companies.

Maybe they should rename it "Farve." That should be real popular in Wisconsin.

Believe it or not, I work with a guy who is 7th generation Schlitz.
Wonder if he can get me some...nah, never liked it.
I prefer Hamm's or Grain Belt!

I didn't even realize it was gone.
I think we got a hold of a case of Schlitz Ice when I was about 19 and we couldn't even finish it, and that's saying something considering back then we'd just about drink anything we could get our hands on.

My grandpa loved Schlitz until they made all those changes... I have always wanted to try it but couldn't find it. Is it available in Minnesota?

Oh and my brother says Green Belt is disgusting... but others say it is good. so is it good or bad?

Schlitz ranked right up there with Blatz IMHO.
But I will still give her a shot.

As far as Grain Belt... I don't particularly care for it.
But it is a GREAT tailgating beer.

Nothing beats the Schmidt Sport pack. If there ever was a true Minnesota beer for the sportsman it was Schmidt. Their cans are still collectors items and the commercials they had in the 80's were classic with the "Ernie Schmidt and Bernie Schmidt" bits.
