I really had no Idea who Liberace was when I was younger. I had a Music teacher in 3rd grade? that was a total bitch and loved Liberace. So there was no way in hell I wanted to know anything about him.

    Re: RIP Charles Nelson Reiley

My friend Q and I used to watch Match Game all the time in the mornings when we'd vacation together (her hubby and my wife and other friends).  I love Match Game.  Q & her husband (the Captain) were visiting from Virginia this weekend and I popped in my Match Game Best of DVD on Friday night and we HOWLED for 2 hours while watching that show.  God - the stars on Match Game as well as Gene Rayburn were good and loaded for a big bunch of that show.

In any case. Charles was one of the 3 pillars of Match Game stars, along with Richard Dawson and Brett Somers.  Gene Rayburn was the glue that held it together and I think it is the best game show of all-time.

People of my generation (I turn 40 in December) may also remember Charles Nelson Reilly from the live-action Saturday morning show Lidsville (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0066679/).

    RIP - Charles!

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!
