Seriously. The best show ever, bar none. The only thing close is Game of Thrones, and that's only had one season so far. It's hard to believe how good The Wire was for 5 seasons. Absolutely outstanding.

I agree, The Shield is by far my favorite of any TV series to date!

Castle, Burn Notice, Lie to Me, Leverage, Firefly (short but Great),

can always go classic with the likes of Married with children, Lexx,

then theres Weeds,

and if your into crazy off the wall Animated show i recommend Shin Chan.

It was great. But they kind of jumped the shark a couple years ago. Before that, one of the best series I've ever seen. Now, it's almost unwatchable. If I didn't want to see what happens to all the characters I wouldn't still be watching. It's become too much about Tommy's personal life. And two weeks ago I was getting angry at how poor acting ruined what could've been one of the best episodes ever.
