Honestly, this isn't a McDonald's specific thing, although since McDonald's is by far the most common fast food restaurant, you can probably find more stories about it.
Stuff like this can happen at any fast food restaurant, or any cheaper sit down restaurant for that matter.
Instead of making me boycott McD's altogether, I would just never return to that McD's...

DON'T order the chicken at McDonalds.
I never have and I have never gotten sick there.
I had a car load of kids once that were vomiting on a 2 hour ride home after getting sick off of MickyD's chicken.
That experience wasn't fun.
