    question about eggs and protein...

    what has more protein the egg white or the egg yolk? im trying to get more protein in my diet.

    Wrong Prophet -- but actually they are close. The Whole egg is the best.

    The yolk has the most cholesterol.

    Go to a nutrition store (like GNC) and ask for a protein supplement and save your arteries.

    i read on some website that it takes like 6 of those pills to equal one egg because one pill equals one gram of protein. i was also hoping the egg white was the one with more protein because i know the yolk has a lot of cholesterol. I also read that broccoli has a lot of protein.

    Google probably didn't tell you that huevos in Spanish is equivalent to nuts in English (Slang translation)
    Maybe Huevon would be more fitting??
