Can you sneeze in your sleep?

i dont think so... unless..no i dont think so. i have never seen anyone sneeze in their sleep unless they are maybe half awake and half asleep.

hmmm, I dont think you can actually sneeze while sleeping. I know I have woke up in the middle of the night and sneezed, but I think its imposible to actually sneeze while sleeping. I even asked my girl friend and she says that I have never sneezed while sleeping, but she can vouche for me farting. Even though when I wake up in the morning and the room smells like butt I still think it is her.

yes you can my niece has done it a couple of times while napping the better question is can you cry underwater?

Im sure ya can.. You can cough and everything while you are sleeping.. I don't see why you couldn't sneeze.. I don't know if anyone really sat around and waited to see if someone sneezed while they were sleeping
