    Psst, did you hear? Ticket scalpers are going legal

    Free-market forces finally catch up with the ticket trade in Minnesota, which is about to repeal its ban on reselling tickets.

    Maybe we can bring back Tice to show how to do it big time!

    No big surprise. Minnesotans have been scalping tickets on eBay for years & getting away with it.

    Show me a state where scalping is illegal & you will probably find scads of people from that state scalping them on eBay.
