Prayers for Freya

She wouldn't do this because she didn't want to seem self-absorbed...SO I WILL!!!

Forgive me if I didn't get all of the details absolutely correct, Freya.

She is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday morning (at the famed Mayo Clinic in Rochester) to give her brother one of her kidneys.

Let's ALL show her just how much the PP.O FAMILY cares about her by posting her some well wishes in this thread.

This is one of the most selfless acts that I have ever witnessed here...and she deserves all of our love and support.

I hope that you and your brother both come out of this well, Freya...my thoughts and prayers will be with you both.

Like Cajun said, this is truly a selfless act and it takes courage to do this for your brother.
It is that same courage that will pull you and your brother through this whole operation.

Wow sweetheart what can I say? A second chance at life is the greatest gift one can recieve.. You are without a doubt a selfless caring person.. Your brother is extremely lucky to have a sister like you..

Freya, you and your brother are both in my prayers! Like it's been said, your brother is very lucky to have to a generous sister. Just know that God has his hand in everything, and it WILL work how it is suppose to!

I am impresed with your althruistic act Freya.

All the people who does things like that deserves respect. It takes a lot of gut to stand up and say 'yes I'll do that for another person'.

I'm sure everything will work out well for both of you.
