It is best to plan this out and take them down. Do you have the contact information for the spineless people that wouldn't give their names?
Get them in on it too.
If you get the tel. #s/contact information and fill us in on more details I would love to get involved in bringing them down. lmao, get fucking pissed off and go for it.
    Where the hell is mnjamie?
That thread was one of the funniest ever.
I would seriously like to hear from Mnjamie on this. I won't be quitting my job or taking leave that is for sure lol.

start with the letter telling them to S/Desist..

then move on with the lawyer part..

while layer's take their time.. use random pay phones in other areas to call them and leave nasty recording about knowning where they live and
rump beating they will get for messing with you.

    if all that fails..

toss bags of packer poo in the back seats of their cars..

I give them hell until they hang up on me now just hoping I made someone cry. I want to get it to stop though so someone figure it out and hook me up lol.
Here's some things I would try:

    1.
    Call them first.
Every day at the same time, call the office.
Demand to speak with a partner.
When you get ahold of a partner, ask that person, politely, to stop calling you, since they do not have the correct phone number on file.
When they fail to respond in a manner which satisfies you (because they won't) scream obscenities into the phone and hang up.
    Wash, rinse, repeat.

    2.
Gather the names of all the partners at the firm.
    Post them here.
We will gather the personal information for each of them and post that here.
Set up a phone tree where, every hour starting at 10pm local time, each partner gets a phone call from a PPO member, demanding to know why they are harassing you.
    Wash, rinse, repeat.

    3.
If that fails, post that information to every internet forum you can find, along with your story, and encourage people to contact those partners to find out why they haven't resolved your issue.

    4.
Call the press and get them involved.
At least one of the local media outlets will be all over this story of every day people being harassed by lawyers.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

Sounds like a letter is the way to go, I better get that going. Will it still work if I am an obnoxious asshole that is rude beyond belief or does it need to be official.

    Re: PP.O Advice

Go with a professional letter that has plenty of subtle assholish jabs in it.
    Subtle.
That should only be one front in the war though.
It has to be bubbling from many directions, they have to feel it.
I've done something similar to what Z suggested with a phone tree barrage.
    There are many possibilities.
They must feel the pain exponentially worse than you have felt it or you have lost.

My only concern is this is a law office. So could they sue me for harrassment? LOL, they have access to lawyers that I do not.

Could they mess with you if I set up an auto email campaign that floods them, and sends phone calls in automatically with a recording?

    Hmmmm.

    Re: PP.O Advice

My father had something similar happen to him.
He had the same name as a guy in another town but they kept calling him.
    It was a bank though.
He called a local TV station adn they did a bio on him and he told the station how he was harrased by the bank.
My father never heard from them again.

If you really want to piss 'em off though, every time they call talk nice to them until you can get a whistle and blow it into the phone.
    It hurts like hell!!
Do that every time and those employees are not going to want to call you!!!!

There s only two things stopping you - fear and common sense!! The Truth you CAN"T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!

    Re: PP.O Advice

I should make this perfectly clear.

I attempted multiple times to politely resolve this through phone calls. In my lack of judgement I never took anyones names or anything so as of right now I will keep a log.

They agree to not call me then they do.
