PP.O Advice
A while back someone on here perhaps Mnjamie.....not sure though managed to abuse a bill collector who was wrongfully harrassing him I would like to attempt to do the same any advice is appreciated.
Here is the situation:
For about 6 months we have been getting these calls from some law firm mostly recordings telling us to call them back regarding our financial obligations. Every once and a while it is a real person.
The problem is they are calling for someone else. I tell them I am not the person they are trying to reach and that they do not reside at my house, but they keep calling. They will call at night, the morning, afternoon...doesn't matter.
Someone must have purposely given out the wrong number when filling out something because apparently they are in serious debt and do not want to be contacted. I have had this # for 7 years and do not want to change it. The company is in Utah so I could drive there if needed.
I read a complaint page about the company and this one lady tried all sorts of legal action but she didnt want to give her real name to anyone so it fizzled out and she ended up changing her phone number. There are about 25 stories all the same, people being harassed mistakenly and ending up changing their number.
I give them hell until they hang up on me now just hoping I made someone cry. I want to get it to stop though so someone figure it out and hook me up lol.If you promise to be smarter, I will promise to be nicer.
My posts are worth 6 of yours.

I think there is a cease and desist law where you can file something and if they call you again you can sue.
If you know any lawyers, I would suggest consulting them.-Sno

Come on Del, I know you share my thoughts on the subject and would rather just beat somebody. The best part of my day is when I get down on my knees, with my head in my hands, and thank GOD for everything he has given me.

I agree, the lawyer route is way too boring.
Here's the thread you were talking about from mnjamie:

Either get tips from him on how to do it or send him some beer and a coupon to the local red light district as payment for his services.
You must make them wade in their own shit and suffer for long periods of time.
This cannot be taken lightly.
It is your duty to take care of this in a manner that is entertaining to the pp.o crowd.Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain

Re: PP.O Advice
Go crazy, quit your job, take a leave of absence...whatever it takes.
They fuck with you and they will never forget it, ever.
It is best to plan this out and take them down. Do you have the contact information for the spineless people that wouldn't give their names?
Get them in on it too.
If you get the tel. #s/contact information and fill us in on more details I would love to get involved in bringing them down. lmao, get fucking pissed off and go for it.
Where the hell is mnjamie?
That thread was one of the funniest ever.Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain
