Some of us have bills to pay & some of those I can't pay online electronically, like my electric & propane gas bills.
    Drop them off in person.

Gallon of gas, $2.00. Stamp, 44 cents. I am willing to bet it takes me a 1/4 of a gallon to get to the place that bills me for water. Plus my time, traffic, going out in the cold, and watching out for idiot drivers. I would say it is still worth it to send it via mail.

You will miss out on seeing the sexy old lady preening her blue hair at her desk if you mail your bills.
