    Postal stamps rising in price again

    starting May 11. Stamps will now cost 44 cents

    Starting to get cheaper just to hand deliver some bills myself. My Water, and Land payments are on the way to work so I just drop them myself. I'll use the phone and electronic payments for the rest. The US Post office is becoming cumbersome and outdated.
