Been researching this a bit.. - seems that No Limit gambling is banned in Minnesota..
That sounds a bit strange, but i can see why..
Where is the closest place to play no limit texas holdem up, close to minneapolis..

Well - technically, I suppose that all depends upon from where you start.
I actually think the closest casino between IA and WI is Diamond Jo's, which is literally right across the border off of I-35.
It appears they do have No-Limit Poker:

I've been there to play craps one time.
Did pretty well (up $300 in a couple hours, some dude hit a nice hard 8 for me when I had like $50 on it).
