    Photoshop question

    yes its Friday, work is quiet and I'm messing about with photoshop and trying to learn some more but I'm stuck on something.
    I'm trying to animate some pics I've made up for signature - similar to some I've seen on this site
    Anyone give me any clues as to how to do it ??? please ! its photoshop CS version 8 if anyone can help :?

    Photoshop question

    I do it through ImageReady, its companion product. Should have installed with it if you have the CS version.
