For some reason in Pa. everyone tries to create their own stupid ass groundhog tradition.

Some tool in York (which is where I am from) says that he communicated with a dead groundhog to get the weather forecast.

For the sake of tradition, Poor Richard from the afterlife communicates his weather forecast, Lehmann said.
