Pepperoni
I was at the Iowa State Fair a few years ago and ran across the big boars.
I asked the farmer what they do with these and he said once they get that big the only thing they can make with them is pepperoni.
So, think of this the next time you dive into a pepperoni pizza.

The byproducts (heart, kidney, or liver, for example) must be named with the derived species and be individually named in the ingredients statement. Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

I was talking to the caterer for an event I was at last night and he also owns a butcher shop.
He said he never buys ground meat, only grinds it himself, because you never know what's in there.
He had some good stories about different places he has worked.

My father owns a custom slaughter/buther shop up in Northern Minnesota.
Anyway, he went on a tour of a meat packing company one time. He brought back some very interesting stories related to hotdogs and bolony.
Whew.

Can't beat his homemade sausages and beef/pork sticks.
