well a friend of mine lives in a box does that count?
My dad has an old shotgun house that he would probably trade MacDonald for his year's rent in Arizona (provided he could sublet the duplex apartment and cash in the rent that way). Of course, MacDonald would have to haul the shotgun house off of the land that it sits on...he did say house but I heard no mention of the land it is to sit on being any part of the deal.

Apparently, on his last roofing job, he dropped a brick thru the roof of a neighbors shed & then later dropped the entire gutter onto it.
The lady next door was so irate, his boss fired him.
