He was found guilty in April 2005 of felony mistreatment of an animal after he killed a horse with the intention of having sex with it.

Not just animals.
DEAD animals. WTF.

Hathaway pleaded no contest earlier this month to misdemeanor mistreatment of an animal for the incident involving the deer. He was sentenced Tuesday in Douglas County Circuit Court.

Why Douglas County?
That is Alexandria (Western MN).
I thought this happened up in Duluth.

The last thing we need is our innocent minnesota deer being violated by packer fans....poor deer are never going to sleep, make sure to burry all deer and other dead animal remains at least 6 feet deep now so wild packer fans won't dig them up and do disturbing unspeakable acts upon them.
