I called the attorney to see if I can skip this.
I for sure don't want to have to drive up there (night before), get a hotel room, sit in court and drive back the next night.

Only got her voice mail though.

Well, it looks like he spent one night in jail before being bailed out. What are you guys gonna do? Are you going after him for any personal injury? I mean a lawsuit to recover any damages. Grab Cajun for your attorney. No wait a minute... ;D

Nope, I don't do PI...nor am I barred in Maryland.
But I am sure that there are plenty of eager attorneys to take your money, uh, I mean represent you zealously.

If I or any one of us victoms, wanted to play this out,
we could put him in a world of trouble.
But I feel he got what was due to him.....he did get a pretty good beating.
I'm sure his head is scared for life.....
But none of us got hurt really, in my case, just a wrenched back and a confused son, who was upset...
