Thread: OK, now I'm REALLY ticked off!!!

Get this, ladies and gentlemen. I go to www.vikingslockerroom.com to order a replica CUSTOMIZED jersey. I ordered SHOCKZILLA as the name on the back and 44 for my number (Chuck Foreman's number, my favorite player). The order goes through fine, although I did have to pay extra for a larger size (those of you who know me I'm a big teddy bear, right?), and I had to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Anyway, it's been about a month since I order it, so I'm thinking maybe it's coming soon. WRONG.

This afternoon, I get the email below that says there's a problem with my order:

"Hi Michael,
I am writing regarding your order for a custom replica jersey. Due to an error by the manufacturer Reebok, all custom replica blanks were made without the "Vikings" on the front above the number (please see the picture and disclaimer on the website) or the Vikings logo on the back above the name. There is no way to correct the jerseys so you have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund to your credit card. Please let me know what you would like to do. I apologize for all the inconvenience and disappointment this causes.

Here's what the real thing looks like, with Greenway's jersey as an example, and what I would get, with Johnson's as an example.

So, not ONLY can I not get what I wanted, but all the OTHER real player's jerseys DO NOT come in my size. SO, either I order the incomplete jersey, or I get nothing.

Why do they crap like that, so Reebok should give you a free customized jersey as per specified for f**king up your order!

that majorly sucks man! that's worse than me getting a culpepper jersey 2 months before he was traded.

Ask them for a big discount. Especially if they already made your jersey.

That is REALLY REALLY F*c*in stupid. I would try and scare them if they told me that. Say like I'm gonna burn down your house or sumthin along those lines!

I'm also thinking about writing the Vikings Locker Room.

I bought 3 jerseys when they 1st came out (& I know WBL bought one also) that have the letters fall off of them when you wash them.

It already happened to Viking_Queens the 1st week.

I'm hoping for non-flawed replacements, but I haven't heard if they are honoring them. :sad:

I am FOR SURE going to write Zygi personally - see if he's as much a man of honor as I think he is.
