Baseball died for me after the strike that killed a season.

Re: Official World Series thread
if the twins get a slugger or two this offseason, we should be a lot better next season. we just had too many different alignments last to get any kind of cohesion going on. also Ulger is probaly not going to be the batting coach next season sounds like he's going to be the 3rd base coach now that Newman left. hopefully we'll get a decent hitting coach in there

Thanks Josdin

The twins do need a proven slugger. The twins have some people that can be. The twins need to keep hunter too. Jones will probably be gone which I am sad about but the Twins are deep in Pitching and Outfielders. so I am not to worried about it. I heard we are going after Thome which would be pretty nice.if the twins get a slugger or two this offseason, we should be a lot better next season. we just had too many different alignments last to get any kind of cohesion going on. also Ulger is probaly not going to be the batting coach next season sounds like he's going to be the 3rd base coach now that Newman left. hopefully we'll get a decent hitting coach in there

Re: Official World Series thread
i think once Morneau figures out what pitchers are doing to him he'll be a decent slugger, won't hit 40 dingers or anything but probaly a steady 25-30. Mauer has shown signs that he can hit for average and can slug. we need a really huge RBI man, i don't think we had one guy on our club get over 90 RBIs which is really sad.
