I love those old Whalers jerseys. They were always soaked with tears after bad years and last place finishes, but they still looked cool.

The Hurricanes are a much stronger team than most, if not all versions of the Whale, but they are still going down in 6. They should go down in 5 but the stars are going to line up for it to finish in Edmonton, with Gretzky and all the old school Oil in attendance.

It is going to be frickin' fantastic!

Well it was a bad start for the canes but watch for the comeback in the 3rd. I must say the Oilers got VERY lucky and one stroke of luck deserves another. Canes are also a very good 3rd period team. Looking forward to a good finish! Oh and good luck to all you oilers fans (although I don't really mean it). :lol:

I feel bad for roli. That probably would have been an OT game had he been in. That defenseman smith made a huge error when he wiffed on the puck and Brind 'Amour just scored on the empty netter.

Well... I'm liking all of those "oilers in 5" predictions on the last page.
