I'm sure this is just the way of the world but I've been looking at my office lately wondering how many of them managed to send their resume let alone got hired.

Anyways, people sit here and beeyatch and moan all day long.
I'm normally a very happy person, but good god, when you're around this pooh all day long its hard to stay up beat.
They whine about the stupidest stuff... "my desk is too small"
"so and so talks to loud"
"I know its not ME its my computer".
I think I'm just gonna shove them all out the window (we're on the 11th floor, should do some damage) and be done with it so I can continue to love my job!
    I hope Terry the OLB
    (Office LB)
    was a help.

    Seriously though.
I found that when I was in that situation, you have two extremes and some middle ground.

1 - sit there and put up with it or
2 - tell them they are all a bunch of whiney babies, straight shoot it.

1 is painful with some day being better than others.
2 basically cuts you off from friendly conversation and makes you the serious office Jerk (in a good way) or the "she's too good for us person."

There is plenty of room between 1 and 2.
It isn't as cut and dry though.

    Funny stuff.
For some reason this is how I picture Del in his office.
