NordicNed and CTVikingFan, On the Road Again, and looking.....

Hey Gang,

Well CTVikingFan and I are going to be making a road trip out to the Dome, to watch the Vikings VS Giants game.
If you do a map search and see the trip from Hartford,CT to Minne/StPaul, MN.,
We have a good number of states we will be cruising thru.

CT...NY....Penn...Ohio....Indiana....Ill......WIS. ....and Finaly our goal of MINN......

Would be willing to have a couple others join us for the drive and help share cost.
I will be working on tickets this coming week, or maybe you have your own already.
This is going to be a ride to remember, with two of PPO's craziest fans from the East Coast.

No real plans, just taking each turn as it comes.
But we will probably invade Singers house the day before the game, in Wis.....

So, if anyone is possibly interested, PM me......Room for 1 or maybe two more, to keep it comfortable.
We will be traveling in my RV I just picked up....It is sweet!

I was really wishing you would be one of the PPO members I've been thinking of, to fill one of the seats.

Not so much about the gas, hell if it was $3.00 a Gal., I'de still make the trip.
It's about the more the merry'er.......
The RV has alot of room for passengers and flight crew LOL
So figured, why not make the offer and see if some others would like to make the trip.....

Can't wait to pull up to Singers House.....LOL

Heh, if you swing through Austin on your way up I may be able to convince Mrs. Thor to come up with me.... (Austin MN, it's on the way, sort of)

Singer can answer this,
do we pass near to Austin,MN from Singers house on the way to the game? If not to far out of the way, would love to have you climb on board for the ride.
Just trying to iron out the details some.
I'm not sure if we will leave Singers place early in the AM, to avoid pre game traffic, or head down to the stadium area the night before the game, to locate a parking area.
Here's another idea, not sure what PPO's tailgate spots are like, but it might be worth thinking about putting the RV there for the Tailgate, it would be a nice warm spot for people to go into, to get warm.
It can easily sit 10 people, to get out of the weather.

It would probably add about 60 miles to the trip from my house.

As far as the tailgate spots go, I think PP.O has 4 & typically Webby & Neum use 2 of them. I'm not sire if the RV would take up only 1 spot or require 2 back to back spaces.
