Thread: NordicDavid and the Dodgers, NB., CT... LL Champions !

This evenings LL Baseball game was for all the beans.
New Britain, CT's
very own Little League Dodgers VS Yankees.
The series, a best out of 3, was all tied up going into tonights big game.
I was pumped and so was David, and I thought I was going to get alot of game time pics to share here, but it didn't work out to be, instead I was asked if I could take care of the scoreboard,
and I'm always happy to help out the league when I can.
I wasn't alone, seeing my back is just starting to feel better, a fellow parent and team friend ( Jose ) offered to take the outfield with me and man the board.



So to start off, I'll let the board tell the story.....

This young trooper named Robert, wandered out to join us, and help with the board for the rest of the game...

A long range pic, but this is David at bat, ready to drive in one of the 4 runs he drove in tonight to help secure the victory and Championship...
David got up at bat 4 times, with
2 Singles, 4 RBI's,
1 SO, and 1 Walk....I'm really proud how he's come along this year and always gives his best for the team.

Dodgers didn't have to bat the botttom of the sixth, seeing they where the home team...Final Score:

Man I wish I would of been there for that one instead of the loss. Why didn't they do the scoreboard at the last game? Everyone kept asking what the score was or what inning it was.
